    Competition Claims to Print 25,000-30,000.
    Why the Big Difference?

    • Last year in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties there was a total of almost 6,200+ registered weddings. We had over 5,012 brides register with us. We know EXACTLY how big the market is and try to keep your costs down by printing only the exact amount used by our registered brides. Printing 30,000 copies would only increase your costs while NOT improving your response. Magazine wholesalers traditionally will recall unsold magazines and destroy them. Ask for an affidavit of how many magazines were sold, not printed. Magazines provide quarterly reports because distributors have to pay them, so this information is readily accessible. Don’t be fooled by big printing claims, ask to see how many magazines sold!

  1. Why not distribute your publication at the newsstands or in stores?
    • We tried and found that FREE distribution is better for the brides and more cost effective for advertisers. Newsstands make money by selling books.     • Actually, not even close. Our shows generate about 1,900 registered brides per year.
